Valora Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Valora app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Gökhan Dağtekin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
• The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages
• Total time spent on the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise or real-time location information.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important notices, updates, or marketing communications.

For a better experience, the Application may require personally identifiable information such as your email, name, and surname. This information will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services for analytics and improvements.

The Application uses third-party services with their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

Subscription and In-App Purchases

The Application may offer paid subscription features. The Service Provider may:

• change subscription prices,
• modify subscription features or benefits,
• add, remove, or alter premium functionalities,
• discontinue subscription services partially or entirely.

Any price changes will be communicated within the Application prior to renewal billing. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Payments and renewals are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store and subject to their terms. Cancellations must be made through the relevant store's subscription settings.

Data Retention Policy

User Provided Data is retained as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. To request deletion, contact: gdagtekin.apps@gmail.com

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is detected, it will be deleted immediately.

Security

The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
