These terms and conditions apply to the Valora app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Gökhan Dağtekin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification, extraction of source code, translation, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. All rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

Subscription and Payment Terms

The Application may offer subscription-based premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation must be done through the relevant app store, not through the Service Provider.
• No refunds are provided for unused periods after renewal.

Price and Feature Changes

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

• change subscription prices,
• modify or discontinue subscription features,
• remove or add premium capabilities,
• terminate subscription services at any time.

Any price or feature changes will be displayed within the Application before the next billing cycle. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance.

Responsibility for Device and Internet Connection

You are responsible for maintaining your device, security, internet access, and any data charges that may apply.

Service Availability

The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted Application availability and is not liable for losses caused by outages, updates, or third-party data sources.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Application.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
