End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Gökhan Dağtekin regarding your use of Valora: Portfolio Tracker.

1. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Valora on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and applicable law.

2. PRO Subscriptions

Valora offers monthly and annual auto-renewable PRO subscriptions. The available subscription period, price, currency, and any applicable introductory offer are displayed in the purchase screen before payment.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. You may use the Restore Purchases option to restore eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account.

Apple manages payment processing, subscription billing, and refunds in accordance with Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

3. Service

PRO provides access to the premium features described in the application. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features where permitted by applicable law.

4. Investment Disclaimer

Valora is a portfolio tracking and information application. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

5. Privacy

Your use of Valora is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Valora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

This license may terminate if you materially breach this Agreement or if your access to the service is terminated in accordance with applicable law.

9. Apple Terms & Conditions

Apple Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to Valora. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
