Valora is an investment tracking application that allows you to monitor and manage your investment portfolio, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, mutual funds, precious metals, and currencies. The App provides:

• Real-time market data and pricing information
• Portfolio tracking and performance analytics
• Transaction history management
• Multi-portfolio support
• Dual currency functionality (USD/TRY)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You acknowledge that:

• Market data may be delayed or contain inaccuracies

While we strive to provide accurate market data and pricing information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. You acknowledge that:

• Technical issues may affect data accuracy
• You are responsible for verifying critical information

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Krayir Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services for market data, authentication, and cloud storage. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions:

• Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Storage)
• Market data providers
• Payment processors (if applicable)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krayir Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or investment losses
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Errors or inaccuracies in market data

10. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require a subscription or one-time payment. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the App
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize automatic renewals (for subscriptions)
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless required by law

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions
• Is harmful to other users or our business
• Exposes us to legal liability

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
